  Es un placer presentar la primera edición de la Revista Cubana de Finanzas y Precios del Volumen No. 3 correspondiente al año 2019, con un incremento de contribuciones de profesionales nacionales y extranjeros.

    Con la portada de este número se rinde tributo al 166 aniversario del natalicio de nuestro héroe nacional José Martí y se reafirman las palabras de nuestro Comandante en Jefe Fidel Castro Ruz, cuando aseveró: “(…) nosotros creemos en los jóvenes (...) creer en los jóvenes significa una actitud, creer en los jóvenes significa un pensamiento.”[1]   En este año, el Ministerio de Finanzas y Precios celebrará el aniversario 25 de su constitución con un conjunto de actividades que se desarrollarán durante todo el año.

    Es un placer que este espacio se convierta en un canal de difusión de las investigaciones financieras, contables y de precios que tienen como escenario las universidades, y de esta forma contribuir con la formación de los nuevos profesionales de estas áreas del conocimiento.

    Quedamos a la expectativa de colaboraciones para futuros números y esperamos que este esfuerzo ayude a nuestros lectores a ampliar, profundizar y actualizar los conocimientos de los temas económicos que se abordarán.

  It is a pleasure to present the first edition of the Cuban Magazine of Finance and Prices of Volume No. 3 corresponding to the year 2019, with an increase in contributions from national and foreign professionals.

  The cover of this issue pays tribute to the 166th anniversary of the birth of our national hero José Martí and reaffirms the words of our Commander in Chief Fidel Castro Ruz, when he stated: "(...) we believe in young people (... ) believing in young people means an attitude, believing in young people means a thought.”[1] This year, the Ministry of Finance and Prices will celebrate the 25th anniversary of its constitution with a series of activities that will take place throughout the year.

  It is a pleasure that this space becomes a channel for disseminating financial, accounting and pricing research carried out in universities, and thus contributes to the training of new professionals in these areas of knowledge.

  We look forward to collaborations for future issues and we hope that this effort will help our readers to broaden, deepen and update their knowledge of the economic issues that will be addressed.
