This work deals with the possible relationships and interrelationships that can be established in the functioning and operability of the remedies of inapplicability (Rl) and remedies of protection (RP). Even when apparently different institutions are disconnected from each other, it is possible to observe, however, at least two types of relationships: by object convergence and by necessary procedural authorization.
