Resumen de Comunicación interna a través del sistema web para registro, seguimiento y control de voluntarios del grupo Scout San Felipe Neri 5 de Riobamba - Ecuador

  El presente trabajo consiste en la implementación de un Sistema Web para registro, seguimiento y control de beneficiarios del Grupo Scout San Felipe Neri No.5 de la ciudad de Riobamba, como herramienta básica de comunicación interna, a través de la creación de la ficha scout, registro de unidad a la que pertenece, etapas de progresión, actividades que realiza de acuerdo a la planificación realizada por el Consejo de Grupo, conexión a redes sociales y mensajería interna, con el objetivo de agilizar y facilitar los procesos que en la actualidad se realizan de forma manual mediante la implementación de un sistema informático.

  Para la realización de la aplicación Web se aplican las fases de Análisis, Diseño e Implementación del software y Metodología Ágil, de acuerdo a los requerimientos de la organización, considerando que los procesos actualmente se llevan a cabo manualmente, lo que implica más tiempo de espera, menor control sobre fichas scout, etc.; con la aplicación web se optimizan recursos y facilita el control y seguimiento de cada miembro beneficiario scout a través del uso de las herramientas informáticas: StarUML, Power Designer, Dreamweaver, Java Script, HTML5, PHP, Ajax, MySQL.

  Como resultado para beneficio del grupo se contará con un sistema que facilite la comunicación entre los miembros del grupo, así mismo el registro, seguimiento y control de los miembros voluntarios del grupo scout, el mismo que permitirá un procesamiento efectivo de la información y manejo adecuado de cada una de las unidades pertenecientes al Grupo Scout y de los miembros que las componen.

  The present work consists in the implementation of a Web System for registration, monitoring and control of beneficiaries of the Scout San Felipe Neri Group No.5 of the city of Riobamba, as a basic tool of internal communication, through the creation of the scout card , registration of the unit to which it belongs, stages of progression, activities carried out according to the planning carried out by the Group Council, connection to social networks and internal messaging, with the aim of streamlining and facilitating the processes that are currently perform manually by implementing a computer system.

  This work applies the phases of analysis, design and implementation of the software and agile methodology are applied, according to the requirements of the organization, considering that the processes are currently carried out manually, which implies more time wait, less control over scout chips, and more. The web application allows to optimize the resources better and facilitates the control and monitoring of each scout beneficiary member through the use of computer tools: StarUML, Power Designer, Dreamweaver, Java Script, HTML5, PHP, Ajax, MySQL.

  As a result, for the benefit of the group there will be a system suitable for the registration, monitoring and control of the volunteer members of the Scout group, which will allow effective processing of information and proper management of each of the units belonging to the Scout Group and to the members that compose them.
