V AENC, quinto acuerdo para el empleo y la negociación colectiva: diálogo social bipartito y ejercicio responsable de la autonomía colectiva

    El quinto acuerdo para el empleo y la negociación colectiva, (V AENC) forma parte de los grandes pactos alcanzados dentro de la etapa democrática de la historia reciente de nuestro país, junto con los acuerdos para la solución autónoma de conflictos y otros fruto del diálogo social bipartito, que permiten una mayor adaptación a la realidad socio laboral de nuestro país. El quinto acuerdo por el empleo y la negociación colectiva sigue el hilo conductor puesto de manifiesto en sus precedentes, apostando por la reflexión acerca de los contenidos relacionados con la negociación colectiva y la mejora de la situación de las empresas y el mantenimiento del empleo y de las condiciones laborales tendiendo a enriquecer los contenidos de la negociación colectiva y adaptarlos a los cambios y realidades que se producen en la sociedad en la economía y en el mercado de trabajo. Es necesario igualmente destacar que las materias de empleo y contratación que la reforma laboral mandata para su desarrollo desde la negociación, y que se recuerdan, estructuran y ordenan en el VAENC, persiguen la consolidación de los objetivos de estabilidad en el empleo que en aquella se establecía.

    The fifth agreement for employment and collective bargaining, (V AENC) is part of the great pacts reached within the democratic stage of the recent history of our country, together with the agreements for the autonomous solution of conflicts and others resulting from dialogue bipartite social, which allow a greater adaptation to the socio-labor reality of our country.The fifth agreement for employment and collective bargaining follows the common thread revea-led in its precedents, betting on reflection on the contents related to collective bargaining and the improvement of the situation of companies and the maintenance of employment and working conditions tending to enrich the contents of collective bargaining and adapt them to the changes and realities that occur in society in the economy and in the labor market.It is also necessary to highlight that the matters of employment and contracting that the labor reform mandates for its development from the negotiation, and that are remembered, structured and ordered in the fifth agreement for employment and collective bargaining V AENC, pursue the consolidation of the objectives of stability in employment that are established in that established.
