    El plazo de ejercicio de la acción para solicitar el reingreso tras la excedencia voluntaria, que es la que corresponde ejercitar cuando la empresa no ha rechazado de manera rotunda y clara la propia existencia del derecho a la reincorporación, actual o futura, es de un año, y no se inicia hasta que la persona trabajadora sea informada por la empresa o conozca la existencia de vacantes.
