Resumen de GESPLAN: desarrollo e implantación de un cuadro de mandos de gestión y planificación enfermera

  Objetivo principal: Elaborar e implementar un software de gestión y planificación de cuidados. Metodología: Se ha llevado a cabo el desarrollo de un software basado en el acceso a los datos en tiempo real de los diferentes sistemas de información clínica. Se definieron 4 fases: diseño y desarrollo del prototipo, prueba de concepto, implantación y evaluación. Resultados principales: Este software ha permitido integrar los diversos sistemas de información e historia clínica electrónica dando lugar a una herramienta que permite optimizar la gestión y planificación enfermera en tiempo real. Mediante la minería de procesos e inteligencia artificial permite generar alertas e indicadores para optimizar la gestión de las unidades de hospitalización. Conclusión principal: El desarrollo del software ha permitido unificar los sistemas de información y ser una herramienta para facilitar la toma de decisiones y la planificación organizativa de los mandos enfermeros tanto de las unidades como de la dirección.

  Main objective: To develop and implement care management and planning software. Methodology: The development of software based on access to data in real time from the different clinical information systems has been carried out. 4 phases were defined: design and development of the prototype, proof of concept, implementation and evaluation. Main results: This software has made it possible to integrate the various information systems and electronic medical records, giving rise to a tool that allows optimizing nursing management and planning in real time. Through process mining and artificial intelligence, it allows generating alerts and indicators to optimize the management of hospitalization units. Main conclusion: The development of the software has made it possible to unify the information systems and to be a tool to facilitate decision-making and organizational planning of the nursing managers of both the units and the management.
