Resumen de Principio de oportunidad dentro del sistema de responsabilidad penal para adolescentes como herramienta de justicia restaurativa en Cartagena-Colombia

  Se realizó una investigación sociojurídica dentro del circuito judicial de Cartagena-Colombia, en donde se indagó si en los últimos años el principio de oportunidad había sido una herramienta útil para el restablecimiento de las relaciones sociales afectadas por el delito dentro del circuito judicial referido. Para ello se analizó el modelo de justicia adoptado por el sistema de responsabilidad penal para adolescentes en Colombia, observándose, adicionalmente, las particularidades propias del principio de oportunidad dentro del sistema de justicia juvenil, finalizándose con una muestra de los datos obtenidos producto de las entrevistas efectuadas a los funcionarios adscritos al S.R.P.A de la ciudad de Cartagena-Colombia, de lo cual hace que  el principio de oportunidad sea una herramienta útil para reparar los tejidos sociales afectados, por la comisión de delitos.

  A socio-legal investigation was carried out within the judicial circuit of Cartagena-Colombia, where it was investigated if in recent years the principle of opportunity had been a useful tool for the reestablishment of social relations affected by the crime within the aforementioned judicial circuit. For this, the justice model adopted by the criminal responsibility system for adolescents in Colombia was analyzed, observing, additionally, the particularities of the principle of opportunity within the juvenile justice system, ending with a sample of the data obtained as a result of the interviews. made to officials attached to the S.R.P.A of the city of Cartagena-Colombia, which makes the principle of opportunity a useful tool to repair the social fabric affected by the commission of crimes.
