  En este artículo se analiza la sequía hidrológica del río Pixquiac, en relación a la disponibilidad de agua, usos y factores relacionados con la variación del recurso hídrico de acuerdo con la percepción y opinión de los habitantes que viven en el contexto cercano al cuerpo de agua, encontrando que el caudal y la precipitación están disminuyendo; y que existe una presión sobre el recurso hídrico, por actividades de carácter antrópico que la comunidad aledaña al río realiza por usos domésticos, agrícolas, pecuarios y acuacultura, lo que afecta sensiblemente al cuerpo de agua natural

  This article analyzes the hydrological drought of the Pixquiac River, in relation to the availability of water, uses and factors related to the variation of the water resource according to the perception and opinion of the inhabitants who live in the context close to the body of water, finding that the flow and precipitation are decreasing; and that there is pressure on the water resource, due to activities of an anthropic nature that the community surrounding the river carries out for domestic, agricultural, livestock and aquaculture uses, which significantly affects the natural water body.
