Resumen de El Colegio de Profesionales en Arqueología de Tucumán (CPAT): entre la estructura legal y la práctica profesional

  En el año 2010 —mediante Ley Provincial Nº 8337/10— se crea el Colegio de Profesionales en Arqueología de Tucumán (CPAT), el cual se constituyó como un espacio de reflexión, regulación y defensa de la profesión. A partir de este momento, el Estado provincial le delega el control y manejo sobre las matrículas de Arqueología. Sin embargo, el CPAT no fue creado sólo en defensa de los intereses de la práctica profesional, sino también como organismo de protección del patrimonio arqueológico local. Actualmente busca también acompañar la diversificación de los ámbitos laborales en los cuales se insertan los/as arqueólogos/as. A través de estas líneas no sólo presentaremos un breve recorrido por la estructura legal y normativa del CPAT, sino que también nos detendremos en algunas de sus intervenciones en relación a la práctica profesional en nuestra provincia.

  In 2010, the Colegio de Profesionales en Arqueología de Tucumán (CPAT) was created by provincial law N° 8337/10 configuring a place for regulating and defending the profession and reflecting on it. Since then, the provincial State delegates to the CPAT the control and management of the archaeological professional registrations. However, this institution was not only created to defend professional practice, but also for protecting local archaeological heritage. Currently it also seeks to follow the diversification of employment opportunities within the field. Throughout these lines we will not only go through the legal and normative structure of the CPAT, bust also focus on some interventions carried out in relation to professional practice in our province.
