La asociatividad en tiempos de crisis económica. caso de estudio: organizaciones de Sancan

    En la actualidad existe una gran variedad de teorías sobre las asociaciones que van de acuerdo a generar un mayor alcance y conocimiento para dar solución específica a problemas internos y externos de los integrantes, que se apegan con acuerdos para recibir apoyo para actividades crediticias en reactivar o emprender.

    El propósito de este estudio es determinar las actitudes y fortalezas que inciden en la actividad económica de los socios y el conocimiento sobre los beneficios, obligaciones legales que deben iniciar, qué papel van a desempeñar organizaciones de la comuna Sacan del cantón Jipijapa y de las cuales esta: Asesoral Sancan y corporación 3 de octubre. La metodología está conducida por teoría fundamentada sobre los datos derivados de las organizaciones descritas y de las cuales se usó el método bibliográfico, inductivo y la encuesta. Se formuló 10 preguntas para las dos asociaciones que permitió establecer planteamientos para el desarrollo del artículo y su nivel de satisfacción dentro y fuera de esta, los roles que deben de cumplir para facilitar el desenvolvimiento de sus actividades económicas, registrado en datos que den razón a describir múltiples fases rendimiento sostenible si cuentan con una suscripción organizacional. Se encontró como resultado en los datos que las 2 asociaciones presentan una gran desventaja en relación de mantener estable los integrantes ya que según las encuestas planteadas se refleja falencias internas, un desequilibrio accionario, personal insuficiente para crear una buena administración y estructura, insuficiencia de innovación en la actividad económica hacia los socios el 50% de Anselmo no se siente satisfecha con el trato ni cuenta con capacitación de marketing mientras que el otro 50% de 3 de octubre sufre decaimiento de los socios y tasas muy altas para conseguir y expandir su producción se puede concluir que los socios tienen un alto porcentaje que no cumplen con las obligaciones y leyes para los integrantes y se plantea un mejor control administrativo.

    Currently there is a wide variety of theories about associations that agree to generate a greater scope and knowledge to provide a specific solution to internal and external problems of the members, who adhere to agreements to receive support for credit activities in reactivating or undertake.

    The purpose of this study is to determine the attitudes and strengths that affect the economic activity of the partners and the knowledge about the benefits, legal obligations that must be initiated, what role organizations of the Sacan commune of the Jipijapa canton will play and of which this:

The methodology is driven by theory based on the data derived from the organizations described and from which the bibliographic, inductive and survey methods were used. 10 questions were formulated for the two associations that allowed establishing approaches for the development of the article and their level of satisfaction inside and outside it, the roles that they must fulfill to facilitate the development of their economic activities, recorded in data that give reason to describe multiple phases of sustainable performance if they have an organizational subscription. It was found as a result in the data that the 2 associations present a great disadvantage in relation to keeping the members stable since according to the surveys raised it reflects internal failures, an imbalance of shares, insufficient personnel to create a good administration and structure, insufficient innovation In the economic activity towards the partners, 50% of Anselmo do not feel satisfied with the deal nor do they have marketing training, while the other 50% of October 3 suffer from the decay of the partners and very high rates to achieve and expand their production It can be concluded that the partners have a high percentage that do not comply with the obligations and laws for the members and a better administrative control is proposed.
