Resumen de Psicoterapia Psicodramática Grupal. De la Práctica a la Teoría

Se presenta un proyecto de psicoterapia grupal Psicodramática, que se viene desarrollando desde el marco institucional de un centro de Salud Mental. Este proyecto, dirigido a pacientes neuróticos, estancados en tratamientos individuales, nos muestra cómo desde el contexto grupal se movilizan las fuerzas normogénicas, se configura la matriz grupal, se evidencia la potencia del psicodrama como técnica psicoterapéutica, aparecen las resistencias, la agresividad, surgen las identificaciones, las relaciones télicas y transferenciales, y se muestran los posicionamientos de conducción del equipo terapéutico. A través de viñetas clínicas, en momentos distintos del grupo, tratamos de identificar estos conceptos relacionados con la psicoterapia de grupo y el psicodrama como herramienta psicoterapéutica.

We describe a psychodrama group within a psychotherapy project, which is being implemented from the institutional framework of a Mental Health Center. Patients included in the therapy program are neurotic patients who did not progress in their individual therapies. In a group context, at the same time as the group matrix takes shape, the normogenig forces arise and evidence the strength of psychodrama as psychotherapeutical technique. The patient?s resistant forces and aggressiveness show up, and identification, telic and transference relationships arise. The therapeutic team?s strategies to drive the group are evidenced, too. It is tried, by using clinical sketches of different stages of the group, to identify the concepts related to group psychotherapy and the use of psychodrama as a therapeutic strategy.
