Resumen de Conservación y restauración de vestigios encontrados en el Cerro Hojas de Jaboncillo, como patrimonio cultural

  Historia, cultura, arqueología, misterio, flora y fauna, son algunos de los aspectos que hacen atractivos al Cerro Hojas de Jaboncillo, hay tanto que descubrir al explorar las tierras que forman este territorio y es inevitable no recordar a quienes fueron los ocupantes de un sitio casi encantado que guarda toda la historia de la sociedad Prehispánica Manteña, dominante de una amplia región costera del Ecuador, que inicia desde la Provincia de Esmeralda, pasando por Manabí hasta el Golfo de Guayaquil. A la llegada de los españoles encontraron un centro prehispánico, político y religioso asentado en este lugar Cerro de Hojas Jaboncillo, proyectado como Cuidad Manteña considerado el mayor Proyecto Patrimonial llevado a cabo en la historia del Ecuador, uno de sus objetivos es activar la memoria de los Ecuatorianos, para ello se han construido varios elementos de interpretación que demuestren un territorio arqueológico perteneciente a la antigua cultura y etnográficas que mediante la orientación de guías nativos dan sentidos a cada pieza existente en el lugar. Mediante réplicas realizadas en fibras de vidrios que reflejan los rasgos y características físicas de los integrantes de la antigua civilización, esto incita a la memoria de los visitantes imaginar la vida del aborigen que fijaba su atención más que en sus prendas en el adorno de su cuerpo, plasmando pinturas y diseños como símbolo de poder. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo describir el estado de conservación de los diversos vestigios encontrados en el Cerro Hojas de Jaboncillo una cultura con más de 1.500 años de historia, que ocupó gran parte del litoral ecuatoriano con el fin de conocer su historia, identidad, riqueza natural arqueológica, que se difunde a través de una investigación bibliográfica, recorriendo el principal territorio que se encuentra situado en la Parroquia Picoazá, Cantón Portoviejo, Provincia de Manabí, Ecuador. La información bibliográfica fue la base de la presente investigación, se utilizó los métodos de observación y descriptivos del sitio lo que permitió esbozar criterios cualitativos que apoyarán al alcance del objetivo propuesto; instrumentos bibliográficos, guías de observación, procedimientos de conservación y restauración del patrimonio cultural encontrado en el sitio fueron elementos relevantes para determinar la importancia de la puesta en valor de las piezas arqueológicas. Cerro Hojas de Jaboncillo es un sitio de interés cultural, que muestra los vestigios de la Cultura Manteña, con potencialidad para el turismo.

  History, culture, archeology, mystery, flora and fauna, are some of the aspects that make Cerro de Hojas or Jaboncillo attractive, there is so much to discover when exploring the lands that make up this territory and it is inevitable not to remember those who were the occupants of an almost enchanted site that holds the entire history of the Prehispanic Manteña society, dominant in a wide coastal region of Ecuador, which starts from the Province of Esmeralda, passing through Manabí to the Gulf of Guayaquil. Upon the arrival of the Spaniards, they found a prehispanic, political and religious center settled in this place Cerro Hojas de Jaboncillo, designed as Cuidad Manteña considered the largest Heritage Project carried out in the history of Ecuador, one of its objectives is to activate the memory of The Ecuadorians, for this purpose, have constructed several elements of interpretation that demonstrate an archaeological territory belonging to the ancient culture and ethnographic that through the guidance of native guides give meaning to each piece existing in the place. Through replicas made of glass fibers that reflect the features and physical characteristics of the members of the ancient civilization, this encourages the memory of visitors to imagine the life of the aborigine who fixed his attention more than his clothes on the adornment of his body , capturing paintings and designs as a symbol of power. This research aims to describe the state of conservation of the various remains found in the Cerro Hojas de Jaboncillo a culture with more than 1,500 years of history, which occupied much of the Ecuadorian coast in order to know its history, identity, natural wealth archaeological, which is disseminated through a bibliographical investigation, covering the main territory that is located in the Picoazá Parish, Portoviejo Canton, Province of Manabí, Ecuador. The bibliographic information was the basis of the present investigation, the observational and descriptive methods of the site were used, which allowed to outline qualitative criteria that will support the reach of the proposed objective; Bibliographic instruments, observation guides, conservation procedures and restoration of the cultural heritage found on the site were important elements to determine the importance of the value of the archaeological pieces. Cerro Hojas de Jaboncillo is a site of cultural interest, showing the vestiges of the Manteña culture, with potential for tourism.
