    Este texto se enmarca en dos aspectos clave para entender hacia donde se orienta el análisis relacionado con la teoría organizacional, siendo el primero un marco sintético de los distintos momentos centrales del devenir histórico de la teoría organizacional y el segundo basado en el manifestación de la teoría de la organización como  un campo de batalla en el que cada corriente lucha por establecer sus interpretaciones y explicaciones acerca de las organizaciones a partir de sus intereses de análisis.

    This text is framed in two key aspects to understand where the analysis related to organizational theory is oriented, the first being a synthetic framework of the different central moments of the historical memory of organizational theory and the second based on the manifestation of the theory of the organization as a battlefield in which each current struggles to establish their interpretations and explanations about the organizations based on their analytical interests.
