    A lo largo de la historia de nuestro país las organizaciones sociales y civiles han luchado por hacer valer sus derechos, pero el concepto “Derechos Humanos” es propiamente retomado por las organizaciones hacia finales del siglo XX. Desde entonces y en función de las violaciones prevalecientes en el contexto, han trabajado arduamente para que sus apuestas y sus agendas sean parte de los esfuerzos nacionales e internacionales para desarrollar al país en una perspectiva de respeto a la dignidad de las personas. En el presente artículo se da cuenta de los procesos históricos y las agendas de lucha que han articulado la acción de las organizaciones civiles en favor de los derechos humanos desde finales del siglo pasado hasta nuestro momento presente.

    Throughout the history of our country social and civil organizations have struggled to enforce the rights of citizens, but the concept of ‘human rights’ is properly taken up by organizations towards the end of the 20th century. Since then, and according to the prevailing abuses in the context, they have worked hard so that their bets and their agendas are part of national and international efforts to develop the country in a perspective of respect for the dignity of persons. In this article he realizes the historical processes and agendas of struggle that have articulated the action of civil society organisations in favour of human rights since the end of the century to our present moment.
