    O objetivo deste trabalho é expor, com foco na adoção do ensino remoto em contexto de pandemia e na Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, o modo pelo qual, num país dependente como o Brasil, toda alternativa hegemônica ao autoritarismo é em si mesma autoritária e anti-democrática, o modo pelo qual as tacanhas elites do capital –seja financeiro ou simbólico– sempre obrigam a “optar” entre o autoritarismo escancarado e o autoritarismo “altruísta”. A reflexão se desenvolve em 5 pontos, a saber: 1) A partilha do sensível no Brasil; 2) A educação superior como fetiche e sua leitura vira-lata: alguns sintomas na literatura brasileira; 3) O ódio à democracia na sua versão brasileira; 4) A exclusão e a bestialização como regra dos “pactos de elites” no Brasil e 5) “O autor como produtor”, uma alternativa benjaminiana..

    The objective of this work is to expose, focusing on the adoption of remote education in the context of a pandemic and at the Federal University of Santa Catarina, the way in which, in a dependent country like Brazil, any hegemonic alternative to authoritarianism is in itself authoritarian and anti-democratic, the way in which the narrow elite of capital - whether financial or symbolic - always oblige to “choose” between wide-open authoritarianism and “altruistic” authoritarianism. The reflection develops in 5 points, namely: 1). The sharing of the sensitive in Brazil; 2). Higher education as a fetish and its pooch reading: some symptoms in Brazilian literature; 3). The hatred of democracy in its Brazilian version; 4). Exclusion and bestialization as a rule of “elite pacts” in Brazil and 5). “The author as a producer”, a Benjamin alternative.
