    La última semana de marzo fue potente en Córdoba. Tuvo sus preliminares en la marcha del 8M y la del Día de la Memoria: no fueron dos marchas más, fueron multitudinarios encuentros que nos convocaron para exigir justicia, para interpelar la memoria, la historia, nuestras sociedades y la coyuntura político-económica. Y, cuando aún quedaba el recuerdo de esas dos acciones contestatarias, días después, el 27 de marzo, recibimos por primera vez en Córdoba al rey de España, Carlos Borbón, y al presidente de la nación, Mauricio Macri, para la apertura de un evento magno: el VIII Congreso Internacional de la Lengua Española, posiblemente el acontecimiento oficial más importante de las últimas décadas en Córdoba.   En clara disidencia, y casi en espejo –la imagen inversa–, tuvo lugar el I Encuentro Internacional: derechos lingüísticos como derechos humanos en Latinoamérica, organizado por la Facultad de Filosofía y Humanidades de la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba. Una vez más, el péndulo sumisión-desobediencia que signa la historia de Córdoba mostró la fragmentación de los sentidos sobre el mundo social.

    The last week of March was powerful in Córdoba. He had his preliminaries in the march of 8M and the Day of Remembrance: there were two more marches, there were multitudinous meetings that called us to demand justice, to interpellate memory, history, our societies and the political-economic conjuncture. And, when there was still the memory of those two contestatory actions, days later, on March 27, we received for the first time in Cordoba the King of Spain, Carlos Borbón, and the president of the nation, Mauricio Macri, for the opening of a magno event: the VIII International Congress of the Spanish Language, possibly the most important official event of the last decades in Córdoba.

    In clear dissent, and almost in a mirror -the reverse image-, the First International Meeting took place: linguistic rights as human rights in Latin America, organized by the Faculty of Philosophy and Humanities of the National University of Córdoba. Once again, the pendulum submission-disobedience that marks the history of Cordoba showed the fragmentation of the senses on the social world.
