    El trabajo tiene gran importancia debido al índice elevado de alcoholismo que se ha ido presentando en la población desde edades tempranas y la necesidad de prevenir el consumo de este es una de las ocupaciones de las instituciones de salud y educación. En la actualidad se observa desconocimiento de los integrantes de la comunidad y los factores sobre el alcoholismo y las formas de combatir y prevenir el mismo, así como de los daños que causa para la salud. Se realiza este trabajo con el objetivo de elaborar un sistema de actividades para prevenir el alcoholismo en la comunidad 30 de diciembre en Contramaestre provincia Santiago de Cuba. Debido a que existen dificultades en tal sentido se formula el siguiente problema científico: ¿Cómo prevenir el alcoholismo en la comunidad 30 de diciembre en Contramaestre provincia Santiago de Cuba? Para lograr cumplir con el objetivo propuesto se aplicaron diferentes métodos teóricos y empíricos que ayudaron a recopilar la información y procesarla a modo de dar solución al problema planteado, se realizó una vasta revisión bibliográfica para conocer el criterio de diferentes autores sobre el tema en cuestión y ahondar al respecto; así como la necesidad y vigencia del tema objeto de estudio para la transformación de los modos de actuar de los integrantes de la comunidad.

    The work has great importance due to the index lifted of alcoholism that has gone away presenting in the population from youths and the need to prevent the consumption of this is an one belonging to the occupations of the institutions of health and education. As of the present moment ignorance of the members of the community and the factors on alcoholism are observed and you form them to combat and to prevent the same, that way I eat of the damages that you cause for health. The province accomplishes this work for the sake of elaborating a system of activities to prevent the alcoholism in the community December 30 in Contramaestre itself James of Cuba. Because difficulties in such sense exist the following scientific problem is formulated: How do we prevent the alcoholism in the community December 30 in Contramaestre province James of Cuba? Different theoretic methods and empiricists that helped to compile the information were applicable in order to achieve to fulfill the proposed objective and to process it like giving solution to the presented problem, a vast bibliographic revision to know different authors' opinion on the theme in point and to penetrate deeply with regard to this matter came true ; As well as the need and I object validity of the theme of study for the transformation of the behaviors of the members of the community.
