    En este artículo me interesa presentar las reflexiones acerca de cómo el Estado francés ha abordado la vivienda informal y cómo responde cuando aparece en el espacio urbano. A lo largo del siglo XX la informalidad se ha presentado en la forma de tugurios, que presentan particularidades como la precariedad. Presentaré las soluciones desde el Estado y las dificultades que tienen, así como los análisis que se han hecho en otros espacios geográficos.

    In this article I am interested in presenting reflections on how the French State has approached informal housing and how it responds when it appears in the urban space. Throughout the 20th century, informality has been presented in the form of slums, which present particularities such as precariousness. I will present the solutions from the State and the difficulties they have, as well as the analyzes that have been done in other geographical spaces.
