Trabajadoras organizadas del espacio doméstico: vínculos y tensiones con el feminismo y el movimiento obrero durante los ochenta en Córdoba

    El artículo indaga sobre la construcción y movilización de dos estructuras sindicales de trabajadoras domésticas (SACRA y SinPeCaF), que en los ochenta enfrentaron con diversas estrategias los desafíos organizativos propios de una actividad laboral atravesada por múltiples formas de subordinación. Sostenemos que la tarea en estos años se enfocó en el fortalecimiento de las propias estructuras, mientras que las articulaciones entre estas organizaciones con los feminismos y el movimiento obrero estuvieron marcadas por fuertes desafíos y tensiones vinculadas a los sentidos sobre el rol de la mujer y las concepciones sobre el feminismo, así como con la dificultad para inscribir sus reivindicaciones en un movimiento obrero generizado y estratificado en términos de clase. El análisis atiende a la dinámica de la acción colectiva de las trabajadoras organizadas, prestando especial atención a las estrategias sindicales y a los sentidos construidos en la acción. Las fuentes utilizadas son entrevistas a referentes de las organizaciones, materiales producidos por los sindicatos, periódicos locales y revistas institucionales.

    The article inquires into the construction and mobilization of two union structures of domestic workers (SACRA and SinPeCaF) which in the 1980s faced the organizational challenges of a labor activity characterized by multiple forms of subordination with a variety of strategies. Our hypothesis is that the task in these years was focused on strengthening their own organizational structures, while the articulations between these organizations with feminisms and the labor movement faced challenges and conflicts. We argue that such tensions were related to the meanings of the role of women and the conceptions of feminism, as well as to difficulties in presenting their demands in a gendered and stratified labor movement in terms of class. The analysis focuses on the dynamics of the collective action of organized women workers, paying special attention to union strategies and the meanings constructed in the action. The sources used are interviews with referents of the organizations, materials produced by the unions, local newspapers and institutional journals.
