Resumen de Fortalecimiento de las lenguas indígenas en Colombia: una revisión de las políticas, estrategias y recursos entre los años 2017 – 2021

  La lengua materna es el elemento constitutivo fundamental dentro de las culturas indígenas, porque permite la conservación de la identidad y los valores ancestrales. Este artículo busca describir las principales estrategias, recursos y políticas en educación que se han desarrollado en Colombia, enfocadas al fortalecimiento de las lenguas maternas indígenas entre los años 2017 al 2021. Se desarrolla a través de la metodología cualitativa descriptiva, una revisión y análisis documental de artículos científicos, tesis de maestría y doctorados de investigaciones realizadas en el país, con el fin de recopilar aportes principales de autores en cuanto la implementación de estrategias etnoeducativas y políticas lingüísticas que permitan fortalecer las lenguas originarias. Los resultados se exponen a través de tres categorías principales apoyados en diferentes investigaciones y autores con enfoques dirigidos principalmente al fortalecimiento de las lenguas indígenas y sus contribuciones se centran en el desarrollo de competencias interculturales y sociolingüísticas en entornos educativos. Al final se tienen en cuenta algunos aspectos más relevantes como los hallazgos, las discusiones y comparaciones de los diferentes aportes teóricos; y, por último, en la conclusión se tendrá en cuenta algunas consideraciones del tema de la revisión, principalmente encontrados en relación con las dificultades y avances surgidos en el transcurso de las investigaciones.

  The mother tongue is a fundamental constituent element within indigenous cultures, because it allows the preservation of identity and ancestral values. This article seeks to describe the main strategies, resources and policies in education that have been developed in Colombia, in order to strengthen indigenous mother tongues between the years 2017 to 2021. A review and documentary analysis of scientific articles, master’s theses and doctorates of research carried out in the country, in order to collect the main contributions of authors regarding the implementation of ethno-educational strategies and linguistic policies that allow strengthening native languages. The results are exposed through three main categories supported by different investigations and authors with approaches aimed mainly at strengthening indigenous languages and their contributions focus on the development of intercultural and sociolinguistic skills in educational settings. At the end, some more relevant aspects are considered, such as the findings, discussions, and comparisons of the different theoretical contributions, and finally, in the conclusion, some considerations of the subject of the review will be taken into account, mainly found in relation to the difficulties and advances arising in the course of the investigations.
