    El estudio presenta una investigación que se realizó con el personal docente de laUnidad Académica del Norte del Estado de Nayarit en Acaponeta Nayarit; con el objetivode conocer si existe el síndrome de Burnout en los profesores. Se utilizó como instrumentoel cuestionario de Maslach Burnout Inventory adaptado a las instituciones educativas. Esuna investigación documental y de campo; transversal porque se aplicará en ciertomomento del tiempo. Se realizó con los 26 docentes que laboran en la Institución. Dentrode los aspectos a medir se encuentra el cansancio emocional, la despersonalización y larealización personal.

    The study presents an investigation that was carried out with the teaching staff of the Unidad Academica del Norte del Estado de Nayarit in  Acaponeta Nayarit; with the objective of knowing if there is Burnout syndrome in teachers. The Maslach Burnout Inventory questionnaire adapted to educational institutions was used as an instrument. It is a documentary and field research; transversal because it will be applied at a certain moment of time. It was carried out with the 26 teachers who work in the Institution. Among the aspects to be measured are emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal fulfillment.
