    2021 marca el cierre del ciclo de los bicentenarios de las independencias hispanoamericanas que comenzaron en 2010. En este contexto, es propicia la publicación del Instituto Fe y Libertad de la obra del doctor León Gómez Rivas a propósito de las fuentes religiosas que de alguna forma se imbricaron en el contexto de la emancipación de Iberoamérica, contrario a lo que comúnmente se cree que exclusivamente las ideas ilustradas inspiraron estos procesos.

    2021 marks the closing of the cycle of the bicentennials of the Hispanic-American independence that began in 2010. In this context, the publication of the Fe y Libertad Institute of the work of Dr. León Gómez Rivas regarding the religious sources that in some way they overlapped in the context of the emancipation of Ibero-America, contrary to what is commonly believed that exclusively the enlightened ideas inspired these processes.
