El ser humano es capaz de elegir comportamientos adecuados a la realidad que se le presenta, pues tiene una herramienta cognoscitiva llamada conciencia que le permite discernir y elegir la acciones para responder a Dios y a las personas. Es un imperativo de la actuación ser coherente en la práctica con el juicio de conciencia hecho después de la deliberación. Es injusta cualquier medida coercitiva para que el ser humano actúe de otra manera.

The human being is capable of choosing behaviors appropriate to the reality that is presented to him, since he has a cognitive tool called conscience that allows him to discern and choose the actions to respond to God and to people. It is an imperative of action to be consistent in practice with the judgment of conscience made after deliberation. Any coercive measure for the human being to act in another way is unfair.
