Goats play an important role in transmitting this condition to cattle and humans. The objective of the present work is to describe the macroscopic and microscopic lesions observed in natural infected goats with Mycobacterium bovis (M. bovis).Fifty-five tuberculin test positive goats were analyzed, detailing the macroscopic and microscopic pathological presentations. Among them, 5 animals with lung cavity lesions were found. It is concluded that in natural infected goats, a widevariety of lesions is observed, mainly affecting the respiratory system; some of them very directly involved with the transmission of the disease within the herds.
