  El objetivo del artículo es estudiar la identidad social del soldado ucraniano bajo el régimen legal de la ley marcial. La identidad social de un soldado ucraniano bajo el régimen legal de la ley marcial determina sus características, la percepción de su papel en la sociedad, su sentido de la responsabilidad ante ella y su disposición a realizar acciones valerosas en interés del país. Este factor esencial contribuye a elevar la moral y la motivación de un soldado en un conflicto militar. El concepto de identidad social del soldado se utiliza a partir de la bibliografía analizada y de la encuesta realizada entre el personal militar. Los autores proponen y fundamentan la tesis de que la identidad social de un soldado ucraniano bajo la ley marcial puede definirse como un sentimiento de compromiso con su nación y su papel esencial en la defensa del país.

  The purpose of the article is to study the social identity of the Ukrainian soldier under the legal regime of martial law. The social identity of a Ukrainian soldier under martial law determines his characteristics, perception of his role in society, sense of responsibility to it, and willingness to perform courageous actions in the interests of the country. This essential factor helps to raise the morale and motivation of a soldier in a military conflict. The concept of a soldier's social identity is used on the basis of the analysed literature and the survey conducted among military personnel. The authors propose and substantiate the thesis that the social identity of a Ukrainian soldier under martial law can be characterised by a sense of commitment to his nation and his essential role in the defence of the country.
