Resumen de O presente e o futuro da implementação do trabalho decente digital: reflexões a partir de um ideal de desenvolvimento sustentável

  O artigo ora apresentado investiga o presente e o futuro do direito ao trabalho decente, traçando um cenário de reflexão acerca de suas promessas e dos desafios que tem pela frente, especialmente quando consideradas as condições peculiares provocadas pela ascensão das novas tecnologias. Nesse sentido, o trabalho está dividido em três partes. Na primeira delas há o estudo da concepção de trabalho decente a partir das normativas da Organização Internacional do Trabalho e da Agenda 2030 da Organização das Nações Unidas. Em seguida, na segunda parte, registram-se argumentos no sentido da demonstração do direito ao trabalho decente como parâmetro de averiguação do desenvolvimento sustentável, e isso à luz da dignidade dos trabalhadores da era digital. Por fim, a parte final do trabalho se destina à propositura de reflexões acerca do futuro do direito ao trabalho decente, pontuando as ameaças à sua concretização, bem como condicionantes a ela favoráveis.

  This article investigates the present and the future of the right to decent work, outlining a scenario of reflection about its promises and the challenges that lie ahead, especially when considering the peculiar conditions caused by the rise of new technologies. In this sense, the work is divided into three parts. In the first, there is the study of the concept of decent work based on the norms of the International Labor Organization and the 2030 Agenda of the United Nations. Then, in the second part, there are arguments in the sense of demonstrating the right to decent work as a parameter for investigating sustainable development, and this in the light of the dignity of workers in the digital age. Finally, the final part of the work is aimed at proposing reflections on the future of the right to decent work, punctuating the threats to its realization, as well as favorable conditions for it.
