    This article aims to identify whether the requirements regarding sustainability and socio-environmental responsibility also apply to public administration in a broad sense and, if so, the legal bases and instruments tipically used to ensure this application, with a focus on the Plan of Sustainable Logistics of the Judiciary and in the Environmental Management Program developed within the scope of the Federal Court of the 5th Region.

    O presente artigo tem por objetivo identificar se as exigências em termos de sustentabilidade e responsabilidade socioambiental também se aplicam à Administração Pública em sentido amplo e, em caso afirmativo, os fundamentos jurídicos e instrumentos geralmente utilizados para assegurar essa aplicação, com enfoque no Plano de Logística Sustentável do Poder Judiciário e no Programa de Gestão Ambiental desenvolvido no âmbito da Justiça Federal da 5ª Região.
