Resumen de La Identidad del Maestro: Una Característica Camaleónica en Constante Construcción

La identidad del Maestro proviene de muchas aristas y cada una de ellas tiene un peso fundamental a la hora de esculpir sus características. El arraigo familiar y el contexto social durante el desarrollo formativo y personal, fungen como las primeras en marcar el derrotero para dicha formación, seguido a esto, se haya la orientación académica a la cual pertenece el Maestro, a renglón seguido, y adentrándonos un poco en el mundo curricular, se encuentra el nivel académico en el cual el Maestro desea enseñar; bajo esta perspectiva, se analizarán cada una de las particularidades que nutren la identidad profesional del Maestro. Durante el desarrollo de este artículo se encontrará que la identidad profesional del Maestro está surcada por diferentes circunstancias, propias y ajenas a él, estas diferencias hacen del Maestro un ser poli-identitario, es decir, su identidad se forma con diferentes fichas, simulando un rompecabezas que a la postre dará una figura terminada, dicha figura es el compendio de un ser que desarrolla su profesión utilizando cada una de estas estructuras.

The characterization of the teacher comes from many sides and each one of them has a fundamental weight when it comes to sculpting the teacher's identity. The family roots and the social context during the formative and personal development act as the first to mark the path for such formation, followed by the academic orientation to which the teacher belongs, and then, going a little deeper into the curricular world, there is the academic level at which the teacher wishes to teach, under this perspective, each of the particularities that nurture the professional identity of the teacher will be analyzed. During the development of this article it will be found that the professional identity of the teacher is crossed by different circumstances, own and alien to him, these differences make the teacher a poly-identity being, that is to say, his identity is formed with different pieces, simulating a puzzle that in the end will give a finished figure, this figure is the compendium of a being that develops his profession using each of these structures.
