  El presente artículo se desarrolló debido a la necesidad de poder conocer la cualidad del servidor y los factores intangibles en los estudiantes de la Universidad Nacional de Huancavelica, 2022 con el objetivo de saber si los trabajadores administrativos brindan un buen servicio y de calidad a los estudiantes de la Universidad Nacional de Huancavelica. Teniendo como problema general: ¿De qué manera se relaciona las cualidades del servidor con factores intangibles en estudiantes de la Universidad Nacional de Huancavelica, 2022?, está enmarcada en el tipo de investigación aplicada, nivel de investigación descriptivo correlacional y el diseño es no experimental transversal descriptivo. Se emplearon una serie de técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de datos, específicamente el análisis de fuentes documentales, la observación directa y las encuetas, se utilizó las técnicas de procesamiento y análisis de datos se utilizó la estadística descriptiva. Así mismo se utilizará la estadística inferencial para hallar los parámetros correspondientes. Y se llegó a la Conclusión de que existe una relación directa y significativa entre las cualidades del servidor y factores intangibles en estudiantes de la Universidad Nacional de Huancavelica, 2022.

  This article was developed due to the need to know the quality of the server and the intangible factors in the students of the National University of Huancavelica, 2022 with the objective of knowing if the administrative workers provide good and quality service to the students. from the National University of Huancavelica. Having as a general problem: How are the qualities of the server related to intangible factors in students of the National University of Huancavelica, 2022, it is framed in the type of applied research, correlational descriptive research level and the design is non-experimental transversal descriptive. A series of data collection techniques and instruments were used, specifically the analysis of documentary sources, direct observation and surveys. For the development of the system and the fulfillment of the stated objectives, data processing and analysis techniques were used, descriptive statistics were used. Likewise, inferential statistics will be used to find the corresponding parameters. And the conclusion was reached that there is a direct and significant relationship between the qualities of the server and intangible factors in students of the National University of Huancavelica, 2022.
