Resumen de A Bacteria-Based Metaheuristic as a Tool for Group Formation

Ricardo Contreras, P. P. Valentini, Pedro Pablo Pinacho Davidson, M.Angélica. Pinninghoff J.

  • Groups of students develop and enhance their learning capabilities based on the opportunities and the challenges they face. Within each group particular capabilities are identified for the different members. This allows for the identification of individual studying styles. Based on previous developments supported by artificial intelligence techniques, we develop a new approach, which combines diversity and efficiency. Our approach allows for critical improvements when compared to similar proposals based on genetic algorithms techniques.
