Resumen de O papel dos coordenadores pedagógicos com o uso das TDIC antes e durante a pandemia da Covid-19:: uma análise da política de ensino e de um programa educacional

  This article presents a study on the role of pedagogical coordinators with the use of DICT, before and during the pandemic period of Covid-19. The study, of qualitative nature, with exploratory and descriptive character, aims to analyze the role of the pedagogical coordinators with the use of DICT, before and during the pandemic period in the official documents of the Municipal Network of Recife and in the reports of these subjects during the emergency remote classes experienced in 2020. To do so, a document analysis was performed on the Recife Municipal Education Policy (PMER) and the Escola do Futuro em Casa Program, regarding the Normative Instructions and Circular Letters. To proceed with the analysis of the data obtained through the official documents and the online questionnaire, we opted for Bardin's Content Analysis (CA) (2011). The results revealed that the role of the pedagogical coordinators with the use of DICT was to monitor the pedagogical activities and validate the pedagogical instruments, encouraging, mediating and articulating the educational and formative practices with the use of DICT, from collective actions and partnerships that contributed significantly to meet the diverse demands of the school community, in the pandemic period of the Covid-19.

  Este artigo apresenta um estudo sobre o papel dos coordenadores pedagógicos com o uso das TDIC, antes e durante o período pandêmico da Covid-19. O estudo, de natureza qualitativa, com caráter exploratório e descritivo, objetiva analisar o papel dos coordenadores pedagógicos com o uso das TDIC, antes e durante o período de pandemia nos documentos oficiais da Rede Municipal do Recife e nos relatos desses sujeitos durante as aulas remotas emergenciais vivenciadas em 2020. Para tanto, foi realizada uma análise documental na Política Municipal do Ensino do Recife (PMER) e no Programa Escola do Futuro em Casa, no que se refere às Instruções Normativas e aos Ofícios Circulares. Para proceder à análise dos dados obtidos através dos documentos oficiais e no questionário online, optamos pela Análise de Conteúdo (AC) de Bardin (2011). Os resultados revelaram que o papel dos coordenadores pedagógicos com o uso das TDIC era acompanhar as atividades pedagógicas e validar os instrumentos pedagógicos, incentivando, mediando e articulando as práticas educativas e formativas com o uso das TDIC, a partir de ações coletivas e parcerias que contribuíram significativamente para atender às diversas demandas da comunidade escolar, no período de pandemia da Covid-19.
