This study aims to analyze the mobilization of semiotic representations in activities that demand decision-making and involve uniform periodic series, in the context of Financial Education. The investigation was guided by qualitative principles, having the function of describing and interpreting the data through critical and reflective analysis. The production considered protocols of a sequence of activities consisting of six dynamic consumption situations with Mathematics undergraduates in the curricular component of Mathematics Education II, at the Federal University of Santa Maria. Among the results, it was observed that the activities created an environment of scenarios for investigation, as it enabled contextualized discussions for the qualitative increase in Financial Literacy of undergraduate students in Mathematics through School Financial Education. In terms of cognitive analysis, it was identified that the subjects coordinated records in natural and numerical language, as a starting representation. Among the conclusions, there were also temporal representations in the form of arrows and/or tabular in the arrival mobilizations, but it was observed the supremacy of the use of numerical and algebraic registers. With regard to decision-making, it is concluded that the subjects recognized as a criterion of choice the lowest cash value and the lowest interest rate, demonstrating evidence of Financial Literacy by not overvaluing the products due to the brand. On the other hand, the number of installments and the useful time were not considered for the acquisition of the good.
