Atención al consumo de sustancias psicoactivas: una necesidad para adolescentes con conducta delictiva

    Este estudio indaga, si se requiere implementar la atención al consumo de sustancias psicoactivas y si el adolescente está dispuesto a realizarla. Participaron 337 adolescentes vinculados al sistema de responsabilidad penal, en sanciones privativas y no de la libertad. Mediante enfoque cuantitativo descriptivo, se aplica encuesta ad hoc donde se preguntó por el uso, tipo, edad de inicio del consumo y deseo por dejar de consumir. Los resultados mostraron alto porcentaje de incidencia entre consumo y conducta antisocial. La necesidad de fundamentar pedagógicamente la ley. Alto consumo de alcohol y marihuana, reducción constante en la edad de inicio. Presencia creciente del deseo por dejar de consumir. Generar alternativas que complementen los procesos judiciales vigorizan la labor pedagógica en pro de la dignificación del ser humano y practicidad del espíritu educativo de la norma.

    This study investigates whether it is necessary to implement attention to the consumption of psychoactive substances and whether the adolescent is willing to carry it out. A total of 337 adolescents linked to the criminal responsibility penal system participated in exclusive sanctions and not of freedom. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, in the survey, an ad hoc was applied where it was asked about the use, type, and age of initiation of consumption and their desire to stop using. The results showed a high percentage of incidence between consumption and antisocial behavior. The need to pedagogically substantiate the law. High consumption of alcohol and marijuana, a constant reduction in its onset age. The increasing presence of the desire to stop using. Generating alternatives that complement the judicial processes reinforce the pedagogical work in favor of the dignity of the human being and the practicality of the spirit of the norm.
