Revisión sistemática de la detención migratoria como proceso que detona múltiples violaciones a los derechos humanos

    Este texto tiene como objetivo conocer mediante una revisión sistemática (metaanálisis) los enfoques, metodologías y hallazgos de los diferentes estudios que actores diversos han realizado sobre la detención migratoria en México, para identificar alternativas que permitan comprender y mostrar la problemática de la violación a los derechos humanos en el proceso de detención, y generar nuevas y mejores vías de comunicación entre quienes denuncian estos actos y quienes están obligados a proteger esos derechos. Los hallazgos principales muestran que una línea de investigación no abordada con centralidad versa en torno a las condiciones de los custodios y guardias en las estaciones migratorias, tanto en el aspecto laboral como en la obligación de seguir instrucciones y en el conocimiento de los reglamentos y normatividades que regulan sus actividades.

    The aim of this text is to provide a systematic review (meta-analysis) of the approaches, methodologies and findings of the different studies that various actors have carried out on immigration detention in Mexico, in order to identify new alternatives for understanding and showing the problem of the violation of human rights in detention and to generate new and better channels of communication between those who denounce such acts and those who are obliged to protect these rights. The main findings show that a line of research that has not been centrally addressed deals with the conditions of custodians and guards in the Migration Stations, both in terms of working conditions and the obligation to follow instructions and knowledge of regulations and norms that regulate their activities.
