El respeto a los deberes deontológicos adquiere especial significación ante el desarrollo de los últimos avances tecnológicos y su adecuación a los mismos: inteligencia artificial, machine learning, chatbots, bitcoin y blockchain, big data ... Algunos de estos avances son ya una realidad, mientras otros, como la robótica, los vemos como algo todavía lejano. En este sentido, prestamos especial atención sobre aquellos que empiezan a estar presentes en las previsiones de la abogacía y la necesidad de la legislación que sobre el tema habrá que articular.

Respect for deontological duties acquires particular significance given the development of the latest technologies and the adaptation to them; artificial intelligence, machine learning, chatbots, bitcoin and bockchain, big data ... Some of these advances have already become a reality , while others, such as robotics, still appear as somewhat distant. In this sense, we pay special attention to those which are beginning to be present in the legal profession forecasts and the need for the legislation that will have to be shaped on the subject.
