    En este estudio abordaremos, qué Derecho del Trabajo y modelo de gestión y gobernanza de las relaciones de trabajo están perfilando tanto la Ley 11/2018 (con los cambios de transposición de la Directiva de Sostenibilidad de noviembre de 2022), así como el conjunto de estándares internacionales de gestión, buen gobierno y reporte. Información que se antoja absolutamente determinante en los próximos años, entre otros muchos motivos, por cuanto la sostenibilidad, en sus elementos Ambiental, Social y de Gobernanza está llamada a ser el mecanismo natural para que las empresas puedan acceder a mejores condiciones de financiación. Pero también para prevenir y mitigar incumplimientos de naturaleza laboral y contribuir de manera efectiva a procurar unas condiciones de trabajo más dignas. Hablamos de aspirar a una mayor armonización, seguridad jurídica y la disposición de unas condiciones de competencia equitativas. Así mismo, contrastaremos si esta orientación de reporte laboral puede ser considerado un instrumento eficaz de legitimación social para cualquier organización, con el objetivo de contrarrestar sus riesgos y mejorar su desempeño y rendimiento económico, generando con ello una ventaja competitiva.

    In this study we will address the labour law and the management and governance model of labour relations that are shaping both Law 11/2018 (with the changes of transposition of the Sustainability Directive of November 2022), as well as the set of international standards of management, good governance and reporting. Information that seems absolutely decisive in the coming years, among many other reasons, because sustainability, in its Environmental, Social and Governance elements, is set to be the natural mechanism for companies to access better financing conditions. But also to prevent and mitigate non-compliance of a labour nature and to contribute effectively to ensuring more decent working conditions. We are talking about aiming for more harmonisation, legal certainty and the provision of a level playing field. We will also test whether this labour reporting orientation can be considered an effective instrument of social legitimisation for any organisation, with the aim of counteracting its risks and improving its performance and economic performance, thereby generating a competitive advantage.
