  • The essay analyzes the origin and development of the category of corporate responsibility and its current version of sustainability, in particular applied in the social field. The author investigates the company profile in this difficult historical contingency and on the purpose of “social valueµ which has been confirmed by the recent constitutional reform relating to economic initiative.
