    Las Torres de la Luz de la Bahía de Cádiz son obras civiles de gran valor técnico, estético y paisajístico que sólo recientemente la crítica especializada ha descubierto considerándolas como un ejemplo destacado que trasciende más allá del momento preciso de su ejecución. La investigación plantea cuáles debieron ser sus precedentes proyectuales y contribuye a dar a conocer información sobre su planificación, estructura y modo de ejecución, así como aporta planimetrías inéditas de su implantación en el territorio, sus detalles constructivos y alzados (hasta ahora mal representados en las escasas publicaciones que las incluyen). Finalmente realiza una lectura de la imbricación de esta infraestructura eléctrica en el paisaje y su vínculo con la cultura edificatoria local.

    The Light Towers of the Bay of Cádiz are civil works of great technical, aesthetic and landscape value that specialized critics have only recently discovered, considering them as an outstanding example that transcends beyond the precise moment of their execution. The investigation raises what its project precedents should have been and contributes to publicize information about its planning, structure and mode of execution, as well as provides unpublished planimetry of its implantation on the territory, its construction details and elevations (until now poorly represented in the few publications that include them). Finally, it makes a reading of the integration of this electrical infrastructure in the landscape and its link with the local building culture.
