    El rol de la secretaria ejecutiva es muy importante para las empresas recicladora, por su gran desempeño en cuanto a su organización interna de manera planificada, además de aplicar sus estrategias y conocimientos profesionales que posee, por otra parte, se conoce que tiene una excelente imagen y trato para los clientes externos e internos. La metodología utilizada en este artículo es de cualitativa- descriptiva basada en revisión de artículos científicos de revistas. Finalmente se puede asegurar que las empresas Recicladoras necesitan de una ayuda de conocimientos eficiente y para ello la mejor opción es la Secretaria Ejecutiva.

    The role of the executive secretary is very important for recycling companies, due to its great performance in terms of its internal organization in a planned manner, in addition to applying its strategies and professional knowledge that it possesses, on the other hand it is known that it has an excellent image and treatment for external and internal customers. The methodology used in this article is qualitative-descriptive based on the review of scientific articles from journals. Finally, it can be ensured that Recycling companies need efficient knowledge help and for this the best option is the Executive Secretary
