Resumen de A formação inicial de professores de matemática: uma análise a partir de disciplinas optativas

  This article aims to analyze the offers of elective subjects in Mathematics courses at Federal Universities in the State of Bahia, discussing the possible contribution to Mathematics undergraduates. The research carried out was qualitative, the data analysis was based on the information contained in the curriculum. For the production of data, it was used the choices of four Federal Universities of Bahia, in which from them, it is possible to analyze through the curricula, the possible contributions that the disciplines can offer both in the initial and continuous formation of the licentiate in Mathematics.The results showed that the subjects present techniques that, based on theory, can support the work of the Mathematics teacher, in order to know tools that can be used in the classroom. In this sense, the importance of elective subjects is perceived, considering that many demonstrate that Mathematics is not defined only by numbers, but that they are constituted of stories, issues of social orders, which help undergraduates in approaches in the classroom. of class.

  Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar as ofertas de disciplinas optativas dos cursos de Matemática de universidades públicas do estado da Bahia, discutindo as possíveis contribuição para os licenciandos em Matemática. A pesquisa é qualitativa e a análise de dados deu-se a partir das informações contidas nas ementas curriculares. Para produção de dados, valeu-se das escolhas de quatro universidades federais da Bahia. Os resultados demonstraram que as disciplinas apresentam técnicas, que a partir da teoria, podem subsidiar o trabalho do professor de Matemática, tendo em vista conhecer ferramentas que possam ser utilizadas em sala de aula. Nesse sentido, percebe-se a importância das disciplinas optativas, tendo em vista, que muitas demonstram que a Matemática não é definida apenas por números, mas que se constituem de histórias, questões de ordens sociais, as quais auxiliam os licenciandos em abordagens na sala de aula.
