La crítica a la historia en el pensamiento de José Martí

    En el pensamiento de José Martí, el desarrollo de la crítica como método para la comprensión de hechos y procesos de la historia y el presente que vivió, contribuyó de manera efectiva a la interpretación del contexto histórico de la segunda mitad del siglo XIX. Sin ser historiador de profesión, en su pensamiento la objetividad, la virtud y la justicia conforman esencias para el ejercicio de la crítica a la historia. La investigación que soporta el artículo requirió el empleo de diferentes métodos y técnicas: el analítico-sintético, para la recopilación de la información; la localización, fichado y crítica de las fuentes relacionadas con el tema. Se analizaron textos representativos que permitieron fundamentar la vigencia de la crítica a la historia en el pensamiento de José Martí como expresión del desarrollo de la justicia social desde la segunda mitad del siglo XIX.

    In José Martí's thought, the critic's development as method for the understanding of facts and processes of the history and the present that he lived, contributed from an effective way to the interpretation of the historical context of the second half of the XIX century. Without being profession historian, in their thought the objectivity, the virtue and the justice conform essences for the exercise from the critic to the history. The investigation that supports the article required the employment of different methods and technical: the analytic-synthetic one, for the summary of the information; the localization, registered and critic of the sources related with the topic. Representative texts were analyzed that allowed to base the validity from the critic to the history in José's thought Martí like expression of the development of the social justice from the second half of the XIX century.
