Resumen de Sex work e spettacolo: tra liceità dell’oggetto e della causa e giudizio morale
The aim of the paper is to define the concept of work in the specific segment of pornographic shows. The identification of this concept is influenced by a number of recurring factors. These elements are the involvement of the person; the notion of dignity assumed by the interpreter; the concept of morality and finally the relevance of performance to the world of entertainment. In particular, opposition to morality is a notion with uncertain boundaries which has important consequences from the point of view of the validity of the contract concluded. The author therefore wonders about the opportunity to change the moral conception related to some sex work, such as prostitution, in order to ensure the protection of a valid contract not only to those who practice prostitution, but to all show workers operating in the segment placed between prostitution and sexually connotated show
