Estrategia didáctica para fortalecer las bases biopedagógicas que sustentan el proceso de desentrenamiento deportivo

    Mediante la aplicación de métodos y técnicas de la investigación científica, se logró un diagnóstico de la situación que presentan las provincias orientales de Cuba respecto al tratamiento que deben recibir los atletas en la última fase de la vida deportiva, así como al culminar de manera definitiva su actividad en el alto rendimiento competitivo. Una encuesta a 60 entrenadores de la región seleccionada, evidenció la necesidad de elaborar la estrategia que básicamente fundamentó la actividad científico–investigativa desarrollada, la cual fue validada mediante la consulta a 15 expertos adecuadamente seleccionados.

    By means of the application of methods and techniques of the scientific investigation, it was accomplished a diagnosis about the situation that the Western provinces in Cuba presents  related to the treatment that the athletes should receive in their sports life´s last phase, as well as when they finish their activity in the high competitive performance. It was made a survey to 60 trainers from the selected region; it showed the need to elaborate the strategy that based on the developed scientific investigation activity which was validated through the consultation to 15 experts adequately selected.
