    La detección de necesidades en cualquier tipo de organización es un tipo de proceso continuo, dado que las que hay no siempre se agotarán y en cualquier momento existirá un comportamiento diferente al esperado o incidirá el afán por superarse en aquellos aspectos de la práctica cotidiana profesional que se consideren mejorables. Es de especial importancia emplear metodologías que permitan conocer las carencias, definir sus características y determinar su incidencia. Cuando la detección, análisis y evaluación no se hace de manera metódica y sistemática, existe pérdida de tiempo y esfuerzos intentando resolver necesidades que no son tales, ignorando algunas importantes o simplemente no estableciendo prioridades entre las detectadas.

    The detection of necessities in any type of organization, is a type of continuous process, since those that there are not always it exhaust and at any time a behaviour different from the hoped one exists or affects the eagerness to surpass itself in those aspects of the professional practice daily that consider memorable. It is of special importance of using methodologies that allow knowing the deficiencies, to define their characteristics and to determine their incidence. When the detection, analysis and evaluation not for of methodical and systematic way, have been existing loss of time and efforts trying to solve necessities that are not such, ignoring some important ones or simply not establishing priorities between the detected ones.
