Resumen de El vídeo educativo, un medio reforzador del aprendizaje en la asignatura de Estadística II de la Licenciatura en Administración

  En el presente trabajo se describe la investigación basada en la elaboración de una videocinta para el curso de Estadística II con el tema Estimación y Muestreo, que imparte en la Licenciatura en Administración del Instituto Tecnológico de Mérida. Se seleccionó una muestra aleatoria de estudiantes que no acreditaron la unidad 1, la mitad de ello se prepara para el examen de nivelación apoyándose en la videocinta, la otra mitad estudia por su cuenta. Los puntajes obtenidos confirman la hipótesis de investigación la cual indica que el grupo que uso la videocinta obtuvo mejor aprovechamiento que el grupo de estudio en la forma tradicional.

  Elaboration of an educational video tape for the course Stadistics II, with the subject Estimation and Sampling, which are given in Administration Career of the I.T.M. Such video is shown to a sample of students that flunk Unit 1, and it is compared with another group of students who also flunk the same unit, but did not watch the educational video . The scores of both groups are constructed in order to verify the hipothesis which states that the group using the video will obtain a better achievement than the other group that studied in the traditional way.
