Evaluación de la licenciatura en educación de la Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán.

    El presente trabajo se enfoca a descubrir en que medida se alcanzaron los objetivos curriculares del programa de licenciatura en educación, plan 1985, así como la funcionalidad de dicho plan curricular, impartida en la Facultad de Educación. La población de este estudio estuvo constituida por los egresados, los alumnos regulares, los maestros que imparten o han impartido alguna asignatura, los directivos o exdirectivos y los empleadores. El diseño fue del tipo ex post facto. A partir de la información obtenida y de acuerdo al análisis e interpretación de los datos se puede concluir que hay importantes carencias que justifican el replanteamiento del apartado que fundamenta el programa de licenciatura evaluado. En lo que respecta a la forma, se rechaza la Hipótesis de que los objetivos curriculares no logran una descripción global de las metas, aunque la verificación de la veracidad y la congruencia obligan a aceptarla. Finalmente se acepta la hipótesis de que no se están alcanzando los resultados esperados.

    The main porpose of this work is to find to what extent the curricular objectives and the operativeness of the syllabus of the B.A. in Education taught at the Faculty of Education, according to the plan of studies 1985, have been achieved. The population of the research was integrated by the graduate students, the regular students, the teachers who lecture or who have taught any subject, those in charge of the management (past or present) and the employers. The desing was that of the type ex post facto. As of the information obtained and, in accordance whit the analysis and interpretation of the data, it can be deduced that there are relevant deficiencies that justify the restanting of the section that lays the foundations af the B.A. programme which has been evaluated. As regards to form, the hypothesis -that states the curricular obtectives do not achieve a global description of the goals- is rejected, although the verification of the truthfulness and its coherence was only partially achieved. To end with, the hypothesis -that posits the expected results are not been reached- is accepted.
