La habilidad de inducción en el salón de clases

    En la facultad de Educación desde hace varios años se vienen impartiendo a diferentes niveles los talleres de microenseñanza, y se puede decir que no existía ningún trabajo específico en el que se pretenda averiguar sobre los resultados que se han obtenido. Es por eso que me incliné a realizar esta investigación.

    Este trabajo pretende averiguar si los maestros-alumnos de la especialización en docencia que participan en el taller de microenseñanza a su salón de clase después de seis meses. Se pretende averiguar también si existen conductas más difíciles que otras y si existe alguna relación entre el área del maestro-alumno y la facilidad para realizar las conductas. Se realizó un diagnóstico en su lugar de trabajo, se llevó a cabo el entrenamiento en el taller de microenseñanza. Se observó la adquisición de dicha habilidad. Seis meses después de terminado el entrenamiento se les realizó nuevamente una observación en su salón de clase. Se pudo constatar que, aunque este trabajo es descriptivo, los maestros-alumnos sí trasladan la habilidad adquirida a su salón de clase. Además se comprobó la eficacia del taller. Cuando menos para este grupo que fue la 12a generación. También se observó que los del área de la salud tienen más facilidad para el entrenamiento de algunas conductas, que los de las otras áreas.

    For several years the Faculty of Education has been giving workshops of small group teaching to differnt levels to date there has been no specific work which has tried to find out the results which have been gaired. It is for that reason that I felt inclined to undertake this investigation.

    This work hopes to find out if, after six months, the teachers-students of the specialization in teaching, who take part in the small group teaching workshop, transfer the induction skill learn in the workshop to the classroom. It also hopes to dicover if there are some behaviours which are more difficult than others and if there exist any relation between the field of teacher-student and the facility to carry out the behaviours. A diagnostic was performed in the work place and the training in the small group workshop. The acquisition of the said skill was observed. It could be noteb that althought this work is descriptive the teachers-students did indeed tranfer the acquiered skill to the classroom. Moreover the efficience of the workshop was proved. At least for this group which was the 12th class. Also it was observed that those in the field of the health find in the training of some behaviours much easier than those in other fields.
