Esta reflexión comienza describiendo que el futuro del país está en las decisiones que los jóvenes tomen hoy y para ello, se necesita que la escuela los prepare para eso, lo bien que los maestros puedan preparar a los estudiantes para el mañana determinará el futuro. Sin embargo, así como existen maestros que se preocupan por sus estudiantes y lo que acontece en su vida, las tareas y deberes que estos tienen son demasiadas que pudiera ser que no alcance el tiempo de atender a todos los estudiantes. Esta reflexión brinda un acercamiento a la definición de consejero y cómo este puede ayudar a los jóvenes.

This reflection begins by describing that the future of the country lies in the decisions that young people make today and for that, the school needs to prepare them for that, and how well teachers can prepare students for tomorrow will determine the future. However, just as there are teachers who care about their students and what happens in their lives, the tasks and duties they have are so many that there may not be enough time to attend to all students. This reflection provides an approach to the definition of counselor and how it can help young people.
