    La presente investigación titulada Acciones de capacitación para usufructuarios del Decreto- Ley 300 en la CCSF Reytel Jorge del municipio Jesús Menéndez con el objetivo de diseñar acciones de capacitación para elevar los conocimientos de los usufructuarios sobre los documentos que rigen en el Decreto-Ley 300 haciendo del usufructo un medio para reducir importaciones y elevar la economía del país. Se aplicaron diferentes métodos y técnicas de investigación entre los que se encuentran el histórico y lógico, análisis y síntesis, encuesta, revisión de documentos y entrevistas. Su aplicación permitió detectar las insuficiencias en el conocimiento y la falta de capacitación de los usufructuarios de la entidad. La misma consta de tres capítulos, en el primero se hace un análisis de los referentes teóricos y conceptos acerca de la formación y desarrollo del usufructo y las necesidades de capacitación. En el segundo capítulo se hace una caracterización del usufructo en el municipio Jesús Menéndez y en especial de la CCSF Reytel Jorge, en el tercer capítulo se realiza un diagnóstico para determinar las necesidades de capacitación que presentan los usufructuarios y para dar solución se proponen acciones de capacitación para elevar los conocimientos de los usufructuarios para que de esta forma puedan obtener mayores resultados.

    This research entitled Training actions for usufructuaries of Decree-Law 300 in the CCSF Reytel Jorge of Jesús Menéndez municipality with the aim of designing training actions to raise the knowledge of the usufructuaries on the documents that govern Decree-Law 300 making of usufruct a means to reduce imports and raise the economy of the country. Different research methods and techniques were applied among which are the historical and logical, analysis and synthesis, survey, document review and interviews. Its application made it possible to detect shortcomings in the knowledge and lack of training of the entity's usufructuaries. It consists of three chapters, the first is an analysis of the theoretical references and concepts about the formation and development of the usufruct and training needs. In the second chapter a characterization of the usufruct is made in the Jesús Menéndez municipality and especially of the CCSF Reytel Jorge, in the third chapter a diagnosis is made to determine the training needs presented by the usufructuaries and to propose solutions for the actions of training to raise the knowledge of the usufructuaries so that in this way they can obtain greater results.
