Algunas consideraciones sobre la política migratoria mexicana 2018- 2024

    La migración es un fenómeno siempre presente. En los tiempos actuales ha tomado ciertas características, que plantean retos muy importantes para los países. En este breve escrito se trata de identificar los elementos esenciales de la política referente a la migración en el régimen presidencial actual de México, identificando si se trata de componentes novedosos o que haya necesidad de crear, o si se trata solo de hacer efectivo lo ya existente para la realización de objetivos.

    Para esto, se hace una identificación de los principios que sustentan la política migratoria mexicana 2018-2024, a fin de tratarlos y hacer referencia a la normatividad que existe en la materia y qué es lo que regula, así como la precisión de conceptos fundamentales en la comprensión y delimitación del tema.

    Se ubica el reconocimiento de los derechos de los migrantes en nuestro sistema jurídico, especificando los derechos de que gozan directamente con relación a su situación migratoria.

    Se incluye la referencia al Pacto de Marrakech sobre la Migración, Acuerdo de la ONU, que según afirman los funcionarios federales de la materia, refleja el marco de acción e intención del estado mexicano, en lo referente.

    En conclusión se obtiene que existen diversas disposiciones jurídicas que deben tomarse de base y que no requeririan, por lo menos no en gran medida, modificarse y que el punto central para el éxito de los objetivos de la política migratoria actual, está en la verdadera aplicación de la normatividad por funcionarios honestos y capaces, modificándose a profundidad las estructuras de los órganos de autoridad referentes.

    Como asevera el Pacto de Marrakech el primer reto que presenta el Acuerdo es lograr la ejecución, la concreción del mismo, pues solo así la migración será un fenómeno seguro para el migrante y mas "ordenado para los país de origen, tránsito y destino", así se plantea para México también, sin duda que en la debida ejecución de la normatividad, estará en gran medida el resultado de la política migratoria del régimen actual nacional y eso marcará la diferencia con las políticas anteriores, logrando mejorías en la realidad, en beneficio de todos.

    The migration is a always present phenomenon. In the present times it has taken certain characteristics, that they raise very important challenges for the countries. In this brief writing one is to identify the essential elements of the policy referring to the migration in the present presidential regime of Mexico, being identified if one is novel components or that there is necessity to create, or if the already existing thing for the accomplishment is tried single to make cash of objectives.

    For this, an identification is made of the principles that sustain mexican migratory policy 2018-2024, in order treat them and make reference to the law that exists in the matter and what it is what regulates, as well as the precision of fundamental concepts in the understanding and boundary of the subject.

    The recognition of the rights of the foreign in our legal system is located, specifying the rights which they enjoy directly in relation to his migratory situation.

    The reference to the Pact of Marrakech is included on the Migration, Agreement of the UN, which according to they affirm the federal civil employees of the matter, reflects the frame of action and intention of the Mexican state, in the referring thing.

    In conclusion it is obtained that diverse legal dispositions exist that must be taken from base and which they do not requiring, at least not to a great extent, to modify and that the central point for the success of the objectives of the present migratory policy, is in the true application of the laws by honest and able civil employees, modifying to depth the structures of the referring organs of authority.

    As the first challenge asserts the Pact of Marrakech that presents/displays the Agreement is to obtain the execution, the concretion of he himself, because single therefore the migration it will be a phenomenon safe for the foreign and but “ordered for the origin country, transit and destiny”, therefore also consider for Mexico, without a doubt that in the due execution of the laws, will be to a great extent the result of the migratory policy of the national present regime and that will mark the difference with the previous policies, obtaining improvements in the reality, in benefit of everyone
